Few more from Ulta

Last three products I really wanted...okay there was a fourth but I refrained since I was paying with cash. Spent $50.

First is just a body butter, nothing special. It was $5 and just something I can throw in my purse.

Next is Coach's Poppy rollerball perfume, $22. I really want the smallest full size of this scent but I don't have the money for it so I got the travel size. I lovee this scent, it's always in Cosmo or other magazines. I finally caved in and got it. This is definitely on my birthday list!

And lastly, Nyx's "Nude on Nude" palette, $25. Uh remind you of anything? Oh yeah, Urban Decay's Naked palette (both 1 and 2). This is so much cheaper...well if you have/want both of U.D's palettes. This comes with 20 eyeshadows (the majority seen in the Naked palettes) and bonus! 10 lip products. I was really excited when I saw this because I was tempted to get the first Naked palette, I kept hesitating because it's freaking $50 for one, just ONE. So I definitely think this is a nice substitute.

That is all that I got. Now, because I completely failed at giving up buying products for Lent, I have decided to try something new. Beginning on the first of April, I will not buy ANYTHING else until my birthday. Point is to save up as much as possible so I can splurge on my birthday. I hope I last since I have just about everything I need/want at the moment. I hope I can refrain...

More stuff

Okay, so I have so many pictures of this box because I really think it's amazing! It's just a plain rectangle box but inside there are little flaps that you can move to divide up the space. It's from Target, by Rubbermaid...I think this size was $7-10? It's also known as the "Bento box" (haha so asian)

This is E.L.F's "Natural Mineral eyeshadows" $5...pretty much a dupe for the Bare Minerals eye shadows. I haven't used these, I actually got this for my mom, but the casing on it is almost the same as B.M's. There are other shades, this is the "Bronzed" edition.

This mascara is suppose to be a dupe for Mac's "Haute and Naughty." I personally don't use Mac products but this is obviously a cheaper version of that product (I think just over half the price of the Mac one?). I haven't used this yet since I just got it but I'll have a review on it soon.

More lip products!...Got another Palladio tinted lip balm in "Brownie" and NYX xtreme lip cream in "Skin Tone"...LOVE!

I think I read a Yahoo news article about skin care (or maybe it was the cosmo. site) and it said something about this product on the site. I don't use blotting sheets that much but I figured I could give these a try and see if they really help out with blemishes. Plus these are actually cheaper than the Clean and Clear one's I have.

Another travel sized perfume. This is DKNY's "Golden Delicious" perfume. I really wanted this in the green one but this doesn't smell too bad either. This was $22.

Remember the Rubbermaid box in the beginning of this post? Yup, using it for my perfumes since I have unintentionally started a collection of those as well.

Lastly, I don't remember posting this but these are the make-up remover wipes I use. I use to use "Up&Up" but I noticed they weren't really getting the make up off as much anymore so I decided to switch brands. I really like these and they smell good too.

So I watched The Hunger Games yesterday and went in completely blind sighted. I had no idea what it was about, just watched it to watch it. And well, though I heard it was nothing compared to the book, I thought it was good. So I was really interested in what's next and picked up the second book!

I picked up two of the Revlon long wear nail polishes. These are (I think) suppose to be similar to the gel polishes that last up to two weeks. I got them in these bright, Spring colors.

Also picked up a NYC eyeliner pencil. You all know I love my crayon liners but decided to give pencil liners another go, since my eyes have been watery lately :/

Not sure if I mentioned this but it is E.L.F's setting spray/mist. It is amazing! First, it's only $3 and second it helps my make up stay on longer. I always wanted to try the Urban Decay one but I think it was kinda pricey. This works probably just as well.

I got this just because I don't really have a morning face wash. Plus it smells AMAZING!

Got another Baby Lips in "Peppermint." Love these.

Nail design

So even though I loved my last nail design (with the pink and black) and recieved lots of compliments on them, unfortunately they got ruined during work this weekend so I had to re-do them. This is just a fun design I decided to do because I haven't used these purple and pink colors yet.

Work and the weekend

So it was another tiring weekend at work. Started off with two closing shifts Thursday and Friday and finally my midshift on Saturday. I'm not going to go on about work because I already complain about that a lot. Instead I'm going to thank my lovely co-workers who treat me very well. One of the reasons I don't like being a cashier is because of the servers, this weekend however everything went smoothly with them and some even seemed nicer than other days I've worked with them.

So thank you to you guys (esp. to those who know how much I hate cashier shifts) and for the compliments on my Thursday baker shift. You guys are amazing and I'm glad I still have you all there for me for support.

That was the majority of my weekend. Now, today is Sunday and I am bumming it up. I'm doing my nails today and going to watch The Hunger Games. I'll let you all know what I thought of the movie later tonight. And I will post more later!

Nail design!

So I actually got this idea offline...either from Google pics or YouTube, I can't remember, but it wouldn't be fair to take credit for this one. Anyway I reallly like this design because I love pink and black together. This is a really bold pink (Sally Hasen's HD) but I love the look regardless. Let me know what you think and thanks for all the views. At over 600 now!

First time at Pinkberry!

Mmm...frozen yogurt. Pinkberry to me wasn't anything too special. I've been to Iceberry's before and it was pretty much the same thing. Anyway when I went here I got chocolate with strawberries, mangos and dark chocolate crisps. Let me know if there is something I MUST try from there. The next place I need to try out is Sweet Frog (another frozen yogurt place).

"Labbit" with a mustache...so cute! They have this in different colors but I'm glad I got the white one...looks "normal" (minus the 'stache of course). I also saw a design on the box where the bunny has an eye patch and mustache...wish I could have gotten that one. This was from Urban Outfitters.

Super random...but these are balloon animal figures. I saw these online and really wanted them!...I wanted the classic dog or swan one but these are cute too! I'm not sure if I'll try to get more of these but I really like them. Also from Urban Outfitters.

Cactus Pups...from the Tokidoki collection. So in love with these! Super, super cute! I don't know why I'm obsessed, but I am. I really want the green one but I'll definitely probably try to get more of these. The only catch to these collectibles I got is that you can't see which one you're getting. Total bummer. Anyway these were also from Urban Outfitters.

Another Tokidoki quad!...From Sephora, $19. I'm not in love with these colors since I don't really use pinks, at least not that one but of course the real reason I got this was for the little charm inside!...

Too cute, almost like the green one I want.

Nothing too special but just picked up some Sephora brand brush cleaner, $6.

This was added to my storage. Just a purple bin I put my "mini emergency kit" and "liquid" foundations in.

Bought more lashes in #110. I actually really like these.

Yay!!...Tangerine!! Can finally be checked off my list. Just need the purple one!!!

6 out of 7...So happy!

So I obviously did a little shopping. Initially went to the mall to buy a new purse, ended up going for some random collectibles, eating at Wasabi sushi and getting a couple things from Sephora. Cool. Anyway I don't regret it. Because I really like the things I got.
