August Favorites!!

First favorite of this month is my Bath and Body Works body mist in "Paris Amour." Because it's summer I was going for a lighter fragrance rather than my heavier perfumes. I've used this almost every day and it is actually halfway done (this is a picture of when I first got it).

Covergirl lash perfection, this is definitely a favorite of mine for the second month in a row, I believe. It works really well for my lashes and I love how it volumizes.



My Wet 'n Wild trio in "Sweet as Candy." I've definitely used this trio a lot this month when I wanted a day time smokey look. I found that light pinks like this look really good with my skin color and have just been obsessed with this look.

And last but not least, my Urban Decay "Smoked" palette. I absolutely love this! I haven't played around with all the colors yet but I really love the gray's and highlight colors. Now that we're getting into Fall, I feel like I will be able to play around with the darker colors more.


Other news:

I apologize for not blogging as much as I use to. I think I stated before but I am not buying as many new products as I used to. 1. I'm trying to save money for some trips and events coming up in the next couple of months and 2. I want to try experimenting with products that I already have.

I will however, try to get a video uploaded on here if I can figure it out. My boyfriend and I are really excited to do the baby food challenge, so that might be coming soon! Thank you all for supporting me and I apologize again for being gone a while!

I thought I was going to have to give up on searching for this purple EOS lip balm but thanks to my amazingly supportive boyfriend, he decided to surprise me with this because he knew I needed it to complete my collection. The only way I was going to be able to get this balm is if I ordered it online since it's not sold in any of the stores around me.

The only other news I have is that the new China Glaze Bohemian collection is AMAZING! I have the purple color in "No Plain Jane" and have gotten some compliments on it. I am planning on buying all the colors because they are all really pretty.

Work hard=spend money!

Basically, I worked almost 40 hours last week and decided it was time to splurge! Bought myself two new palettes; NYX "Bohemian Chic" $18 and Urban Decay's Smoked $50.

This was actually an impulse buy because I didn't know they came out with a new palette. I wasn't going to buy it but then I saw it came with a couple blushes and was pretty much sold. Also, for only $18 (really only paid $15 with my points from Ulta) I figured what the heck.

The Urban Decay "Smoked" palette. I've been eyeing this product since I saw the pictures on their site and really wasn't going to buy it; until, I saw it in person. Love the colors and love going for the smokey eye look...and well like I said I felt like slurging a little.
