Nail design of the week+gift I recieved!

So my friend really wanted me to do Periwinkle nails so here were are, China Glazes "Secret Peri-Wink-Le." I literally went out searching for this polish just days after he suggested it and I really like the color!

And this is something my friend picked up for me from the Sanrio store. I thought it was cute...(and yes, very Asian). I wasn't expecting anything at all but it's a little red nail polish and Hello Kitty nail file.

Stuffff

This is a lip stain from Revlon, in #01 Honey, I believe.

Covergirl "Lash perfection" mascara. I've heard about this all over YouTube so I've decided to try it out.

Wet n Wild's "Sweet as Candy" eyeshadows.

Finally found this at the dollar store. Haven't really been trying hard to find this but I've heard it's a really good product. NYC's lip slider.

Milani's Glitzy lip gloss.

Three stackable rings that I got today from Charming Charlie's. Lovee these.

Cross bracelet also from Charming Charlie's.

Lastly an eyelash curler from E.L.F, only $1. Heard good things about this as well.

So I am working on using my products that I have bought in recent weeks/months. More reviews will be coming soon as well as looks on the different mascaras I have that are my favorite. So stay tuned for all of that fun stuff!

Bronze-Brown eye make up

This look was used with my NYX Nude on Nude palette, E.L.F eyeliner pen and Revlon PhotoReady 3D Volume mascara.

Birthday Haullll!

Coach Poppy perfume, $45.

Target's Cos Bar nail polishes and nail file. This is funny because I was actually going to buy these two days before I got it from my brother. He picked up all the colors they had, they look pretty neat, I hope they have a nice formula.

These next items were from my aunt and uncle, I was literally in shock.

"Paris Amore" body mist from bath and body works

First container.

These are really cute. The first one is a pair of tweezers with a cute design, the second is a travel brush kit. I actually already have this but it doesn't hurt to have another.

Three lip glosses. I actually haven't seen or tried this brand before but these are really cute and I have actually been thinking of getting a clear gloss.

Four nail polishes.

Two pencil eye liners. In a brown color and deep purple color.

Now, I'm not exactly sure what these are, I assume they're cream shadows, if anyone has every seen or used these please let me know.

Smokey eye duo.

Second container.

Kabuki brush from Ulta.

Ulta foundation and bronzing powder.

BareMinerals foundation, I'm not sure if this is a sample size because I never buy B.M products but this is a nice way to test out one of their products.

And lastly, I just found this out. This Avon cream shadow actually doubles and has an eyeliner at the top! The cream shadow is in Lilac I believe and the eyeliner is purple.

I was really impressed with all of this; it's funny because my family got these products because they looked at my blog and got ideas off of here. But I definitely was not expecting this much! They were all making fun of me at lunch (when they gave me their gifts) saying I have a problem or wondering if I was itchy to blog...they were so right.

Anyway, my birthday (and birthday week) was amazing. Thank you everyone who gave me something and came out to celebrate! Sunday was pretty rough, especially since I had a final the next day. Also went to Happy Hour with my family on Monday. Wednesday night bowling was fun, as always, and Thursday...oh Thursday. It was a really great night, I enjoyed everyone's company and glad a number of people made it out! I can't say thank you enough, it was definitely a great 21st!

Weekly nails

Decided to go with a classic French manicure. Used the two Essie polishes from my mini haul as well as the flower stickers.

Reviews

I absolutely love this color, Urban Decay's HiJack. I've only worn it once and it definitely gives a dramatic look but it is a very nice color to smoke out. And the new formula is pretty nice.

Zoya's nail polish remover, I really like this. I guess it's nothing too special but it takes my nail off pretty nicely and isn't too drying. I will most likely be buying the bigger bottle.

So I was kind of disappointed with this nail polish. Layla's Hologram polish. For $15.50 I thought this would be an amazing product, however I was pretty let down. I'll start with the positive, that it does look neat when in the light. It gives off a rainbow effect which I liked. Downfall, it doesn't apply well and is streaky. I couldn't even do two coats because it would always move the first layer making it look like I missed some spots. Even after I let the first layer dry for a while. I definitely do not buy this polish...not for $15.

After birthday shopping!

So I bought two Essie nail Polishes just because I wanted to do a French manicure for my birthday celebration Thursday. I needed a soft pink and new white polish. I don't like buying Essie polishes just because they are almost $8.

This is the first time buying an NYC palette but I just felt like picking one up. :)

I needed a new brush for highlighting and this E.L.F brush was only $1, I think it's surprisingly my first ELF brush but they are good quality.

Picked up some nail stickers, this is just in case I am feeling lazy and don't want to draw a design on my nail, I can just put a sticker on...cheating, I know. But you all know what I am capable of as far as designs go. :)

Now for some ULTA. This is another sample set from Cargo. It comes with a mini bronzer, mascara and a 2-in-1 concealer and primer. I've never used Cargo before but I love buying these little sets because it allows me to test out some products and if I don't like it, then at least I didn't spend too much on it.

Picked up a NYX glitter eyeliner in Gold, just for some extra color/experiementing.

And another eyeliner in Purple...oh how my collection has grown.
Lastly, I bought myself this Calvin Klein mini perfume set. These all smell so good and I love the fact that they're mini because I can just put one in my purse and it won't be a big deal.

And this is what my perfume collection looks like now...definitely filled up my container too fast.

Well that was my mini haul. It was a mixture of birthday money and just getting paid from work. I definitely went a little over board but hey, I knew I was going to have some kind of shopping spree after my birthday. I also bought my mom's Mother's Day gift so something good came out of it. :)

I also just wanted to thank everyone who came out and celebrated my birthday with me on Sunday...oh what an unattractive night haha. But I love my co-workers reguardless sooo just a little shout out to you all who stayed til midnight just to celebrate my first few hours of being 21 with me. I did stay safe and thank you for making sure I was okay!
